stay vigilant this new year

Happy new year everybody. Let it be a pleasant year. And I feel it will be a pleasant year. I'm back in Hinata Inn and I'm set for the winter term. Shinobu-chan looks like she'll be coming back tomorrow. There are only a few of us here right now. Naru-senpai, Kitsune-san, Haruka-san, Keitaro-senpai and Kentaro-san were all chatting in the lobby when I arrived. It's Friday night and I guess the college folks (except for Haruka-san) are having a get together. I can understand their pain. It's back to college, huh? Kana-chan isn't here yet. Good. I don't have any word from Kaolla-kun and Sara-chan.

I noticed that Kitsune-san and Keitaro-senpai have become somewhat closer. Come to think of it, I'm not sure about Kitsune-san's family. So where did she go this Christmas break? Grandma Hina had to close it for the winter break, because of some intrinsic repairs that had to be made within the apartment. That also included giving break to Keitaro-senpai, Kitsune-san and Haruka-san. A vacation for Kitsune-san, huh? Isn't everyday a vacation for Kitsune-san?

Anyway, I'm not sure if it's just me. But I wonder if it's true. Does Naru-senpai notice it too if Keitaro-senpai and Kitsune-san appear closer than usual? Hey, I've just been here today. What do I really know?
